Dispensary Survey – Nov/Dec 2015

Thank you very much to all our dispensing patients who completed our recent survey. The results can be viewed here and, on the whole, are a resounding endorsement of the dispensing service that we provide. Thank you also for the very valuable comments which will help us to maintain and improve the service going forward.

We asked specifically about how valuable the arrangements were in Leigh and Weald villages and 98.9% of respondents scored this at 9/10 or 10/10.  We are extremely grateful to our friends at Leigh Post Office and the Old Bakery Stores who provide this excellent service for us and our patients.

CQC (Care Quality Commission)

The CQC Visited the practice on Monday 21st November 2016, report to follow.  To read the final report from the CQC following their visit to the practice in 2014 click here:  CQC Report
