Hildenborough & Tonbridge Medical Group offers the facility for patients to book doctors appointments, order repeat medication and view your coded records online using In Practice Systems (InPS) Patient Services (previously Vison Online Services - VOS). If you would like to manage your appointments, repeat prescriptions online or view your record you will need to register for the service. Please download the form below (or collect it from the surgery) and give the completed form to one of our reception team so that your registration can be processed. Please note that two forms of identification will be needed, one of which must be photo ID (eg passport, photo driving licence). The second form of ID should be a bank statement or similar (but not a utility bill). A letter will then be sent to you giving details of the steps to follow in order to create your online account. Please note, if you mislay your letter giving details of your online account for InPS Patient Services you will need to remember the HTMG Practice code for logging on, this is G82037.

If you have previously registered for VOS, you will need to set up your account with further security when you migrate to InPS Patient Services. Carefully follow the steps when you next log in, there is a help page with videos etc if needed.
