New Patient Registration

We have taken the decision not to accept any new patients, except new additions to households currently registered with us in our Practice area.  This is to ensure that our current patients have access to appointments and that they are treated safely and continue to receive the highest possible quality of care.

For patients who meet the criteria as above, we would ask them to please bring or send their registration paperwork into the practice before making an appointment, unless it is an emergency. You will then be added onto our computer system and we would suggest leaving at least one week before you make an appointment. This will enable the medical team to use the computer system when they see you, and potentially have access to the electronic notes from your previous surgery.  Pre-registration forms and a medical questionnaire can be completed on the link on the Pre-Registration page.  As it often takes some time for paper records to be forwarded from your former practice all new patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire.  Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
